Why Court of Appeal Could Overturn High Court Ruling on BBI


 

It's a fact the people are eagerly waiting for ruling from the court of appeal on matters around BBI. Some are looking forward to having the ruling of High Court overturned especially BBI supporters while others in the hustlers nation want the High Court ruling upheld.

It's a fact judges are being intimidated by the state from left right and centre. Even today some judges were arrested for just ruling against the state in a case of allegedly being corrupt in matters that the state had not been able to substantiate.


It's clear judges are human beings and can also be intimidated especially by the state especially to rule in their favour. This is one thing that could happen and lead to overturning of High Court of Kenya ruling on BBI.


As things stand now Uhuru Kenyatta and the entire executive among them Peter Munya and jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju have been intimidating the judges. It's a matter that could influence ruling of the court of appeal as truly to anybody their lives comes first before anything else.
