The an ending cattle business that is never settled

Meat is sweet and the business too is profitable, thus making it difficult for cattle rustlers to end the sweet business. It is a high time now for the government to realise that the situation out of police control, and let the big boys take control over the situation. If it's not a personal business known by the government, then let our KDF soldiers take control for this is now threatening our national peace. The cattle rustlers should be handled like the LDF of Mt. Elgon and completely be put off. That's my opinion.
