Parents in Kenya are in a rush to change schools for their children who will be joining form one on second August this year.Many students have been slotted to join form one in various schools across the country.This does not sit well with parents who feel they should take their children to the schools of their choice.As it is it is becoming hectic for parents.Question is,did the ministry of education make the right decision by placing form ones.Is it regional balancing or is it a seed for despair
