INGREDIENTS
. 200g fish fillet
.one cup o f bread crumbs
.one garlic clove
.40g butter
. 2 tbsp olive oil
.1 tbsp lime juice
Method
1 place bread crumbs on a plate,dip fish in milk then coat with bread crumbs.heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat and fry the fish for 2to3minutes on each side or until cooked thoroughly
2 serve garnished with lemon wedge and tartar sauce
