The High court at Nairobi today 12th may 2020 certified as urgent the case filed by senators Murkomen and Susan Kihika over their Senate leadership ouster. The constitutional petition number 157 of 2020 is before Justice J. Makau and will be heard on Thursday 14th may 2020. The respondands in the case are jubilee party , kanu party, Rafael tuju, and the Senate speaker among others.
