Is being employed enough? Is it time to call it quit? Be prepared

Being employed is a privilege because not everyone will get a formal employment. In Kenya foe example, there are so many graduates all with different or almost same skills but that doesn't guarantee you an employment. Some will remain unemployed but won't miss anything to do.
Sometimes it reaches a point in life where being employed is not an option and you need to start your own business. But when that time comes you need to put in place measures to thrive in your new endeavour and this will not only depend on
1. Are you ready? If so what are your plans?
2. Do you have enough resources to start?
3. Have you analysed all the outcomes and ready for any results, whether positive or negative
This and many more should drive your decision to resign and form your own company
