If God exist,why does life hurts so much?

He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved son in whom we have redemption the forgiveness of sin (Colossians 1:13-14)
We are all imperfect people who out of God's love for us, are given freedom to make choices. When we make choices out of selfishness, pride,anger, fear or any other negative emotion or motive, we are choosing to disobey God. We hurt others and even more,we hurt ourselves because of our reckless choices.
One of the result of sin is hurtfulness.
