Looking at my personal situation and the educational institutional situation in 1980, it was so hopeless that imagining of ever entering a University was just laughable. I was called a Day Dreamer and one chasing mirages. It was very discouraging. However, I aimed higher and believed that one day, I shall hold a PhD. And seeing the struggles I was going through, I told myself that if the Kenyan child and people shall still be suffering the way I was suffering and if poverty shall still be around when I grow up I shall seek to be the President of the Republic of Kenya to end these sufferings. Now is the time. 2022 is the moment. It was at this time of great travail while I was in Form One West at Lukhuna Secondary School that something unusual lend me to design my signature. This signature was not like other signatures meant for signing off letters, cheques, etc. My signature was a message, a vision, a plan for the future. This signature is reproduced here. At the far end is P3. The P3 stood for THREE Ps.  The THREE Ps meant THREE ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND DISPENSATIONS OF SERVICE that I shall do for Kenya. The First P stood for the P that is found in a PhD. The Second P, represented the P found in Professor. The Third P represents the P found in President. Thus P3 stood for my vision of one day becoming PhD holder, a Professor and President of Kenya. The PhD and Professor were to equip me with skills and knowledge needed to discharge the mandate of the President. I have now accomplished TWO Ps- PhD and Professor. Only the Third P remains. It is here that I now seek your support to bring the Third P to fulfilment. The Third P is not about myself but its about you. This is the P that will end your poverty and sufferings. That was its intention from the beginning. The First and Second P have accomplished their tasks. Through them I can now say confidently that I shall bring 2,000 factories, 12m jobs, the 20,000BBENs that will help lift over 40M Kenyans out of poverty. The THIRD P will make you rich and bring great prosperity to you and Kenya. The THIRD P holds the key to Kenya’s progress. I shall bring the BEST GOVERNANCE system and administration in Kenya never seen anywhere in the world. The THIRD P is destined to be the solution to Kenya’s woes. Today, poverty is more severe than it was in 1980 when the THIRD P Vision was born. Poverty affects more people than in 1980. Corruption is now rampant everywhere. All our current and past leaders have been unable to end corruption. The Third P will defeat corruption in Kenya. The THIRD P comes to end corruption and wastage. It’s about tackling unemployment and new leadership totally different from the past. May we all arise to support the THIRD P Dream for Kenya.
