The question of teachers' salaries is a hot one and highly contentious. These selfless workers have complained about it for long until they have given up.

The question I want to ask the government is, why are teachers paid that little salary having in mind the sacrifice they give to this country?

Paying teachers low salaries, yet they are the manufacturers. It is not only wrong but also belittling to their profession.

No wonder if you ask students if they would like to be teachers in the future, no one will say yes.

Teachers deserve better salaries come to think of it. They are the most educated; for instance, teachers have masters and Ph.D.'s. So, why would they be paid so little??
