A Nairobi court has okayed the prosecution of interior CS Fred Matiangi over the theft of Ksh. 1.5 billion Ruaraka land.The land which has since been established by the High Court as public land was irregularly acquired the Ministry of Education with approval of Matiangi,a move that has nowcome to haunt the embattled CS.The Case prosecuted by Digital Strategist Dennis Itumbi has been slated for hearing today.
