Celebrations Rock DP Ruto's Camp After A Top Raila man joins his team

By - - [Politics]

If there is something that Deputy President William Ruto can like is to recruit as many as possible allies, especially from Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta' s side. By doing that, Deputy President William Ruto knows well enough that he will be weakening his strongest rivals while strengthening himself ahead of the 2022 general election. Before the 2022 general election which is anticipated to be the most competitive election the country has ever seen, DP Ruto will be measuring his strength in the mini polls around the country, especially that of Matungu and Kabuchai.

As those mini polls campaigns take pace, DP Ruto' s camp has been thrown into celebrations and Jubilation after they were joined by a top Raila Odinga' s ally by the name Paul Posho as reported by Boni Khalwale.

Paul Posho has been a Raila Odinga' s ally for a period of time now and even vied for the parliamentary position through an ODM ticket in the last general election but has now decided to join DP Ruto' s side. That is after ODM gave it' s ticket to David Were in his favor. Due to frustrations, it seems Paul Posho has decided to join DP Ruto' s UDA so that he gets the chance of punishing Raila Odinga, his ODM party and David Were at large.

That news of Paul Posho dropping his interest in the Matungu parliamentary by election and backing up Alex Lanya of UDA was confirmed by Boni Khalwale through his official twitter account. Alex Lanya was also joined by 5 more different candidates who dropped their own interest.

" A major campaigns booster for UDA' s Alex Lanya in Matungu today at Enjija market after six candidates (Paul Posho, Washington Nandwele, Ernest Kong' ani, Odanga Pesa, Mohammed Ibada & Dominic Shikhunyi) step down in his favour, at Enjija market.
