Requirements

1.Large aluminium sufuria with a lid       4.Plate/seamer.

2.Foil paper

3.Cake pan

Ingredients

1.200g flour

2.100g sugar

3.100g butter/ margarine

4.50mls of milk

5.1 tsp baking powder

6.An egg

7.Preferred flavour (vanilla,chocolate e.t.c)

Procedure

1.Place a plate or seamer into a deep pot and heat up under high heat for 12 minutes. While heating, line your cake pan with a parchment or grease With margarine and dust lightly using flour.

2.Mix margarine, sugar,egg,milk,flour,preferred flavour and baking powder.

3.Open the hot sufuria and place your cake pan on the hot  plate.

4.Cover the sufuria again and leave the cake to bake on medium heat for 6 minutes.

5.Reduce the heat to low and let the cake continue baking for about 20_55 minutes depending on the size.
